Shipping Timeline

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 working days. Estimated delivery is 3-5 working days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on eligible orders as shown on the website. Any applicable shipping charge will be shown before checkout.

Returns

Return requests can be raised within 7 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items in original packaging. For hygiene and quality reasons, worn jewellery, customized pieces, and items damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

How Returns Work

Email us at support@sajdhaj.com with your order reference, reason for return, and clear product photos. Once approved, our team will share the next steps for pickup or self-ship return.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, share unboxing photos or video with our support team within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist quickly.
